YolDan is a voice-first assistant you use while driving. This policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

Your data is stored primarily on servers in the European Union. For AI processing (OpenAI, ElevenLabs) and traffic queries, data may be transferred to providers in the United States. These transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and your explicit consent under GDPR Chapter V and Turkish KVKK Art. 9.
Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK Art. 11 you may: learn whether your data is processed, request information and copies, have inaccurate data corrected, request erasure, object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent.

When you delete your account, it and all associated data are deleted immediately; any backup or archive copies are fully removed within 30 days.
YolDan is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Session credentials are kept in your device's secure keystore. Access is restricted at the row level: a user can only reach their own data.
If we update this policy we will notify you in the app. Where the scope of voice-data processing expands, we will ask for your consent again.
