Terms of Use

By downloading or using YolDan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

YolDan is a voice assistant for drivers: it prepares a daily brief, drafts replies to your email, runs language practice and captures voice notes. The service is provided as is; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and must not share your account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• YolDan Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The current price is shown in the app and in the store at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Where a free trial is offered, your paid subscription begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings. Cancellation is not possible from within the app.
• Refunds are governed by the refund policy of the store where you purchased (Apple or Google).

4. Acceptable use

You may not: use the service for unlawful purposes; attempt to access other users' data; reverse-engineer the app; send excessive automated requests; or resell or rebrand the service. We may suspend accounts that exceed fair-use limits or threaten system security.

5. AI output

Responses are generated by AI and may be wrong. In particular:

• You are responsible for reviewing any generated email draft before sending it.
• Traffic, weather and arrival estimates are predictions, not commitments.
• Answers touching health, legal or financial topics are informational only and are not professional advice. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

6. Third-party accounts

When you connect Gmail, Outlook, Yandex, Google Calendar, Spotify or Notion, that provider's own terms also apply. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design and content belong to Dode Yazılım. Content you create (voice notes, email drafts) belongs to you; you grant us the right to process it in order to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dode Yazılım is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
